The Challenge

Identifying the gap.

Although Radiant Clinique already had a website, it was outdated, non-functional, and unaligned with the clinic's physical branding. The design failed to reflect the clean and modern look of their actual clinics, and the developer was unresponsive, leaving the site neglected. This not only diminished their digital image but also limited their visibility and ability to attract new patients searching online for aesthetic services in Shah Alam.

The lack of functionality further created barriers for potential patients—appointments couldn't be booked seamlessly online, and their extensive range of services wasn't showcased effectively. As a result, despite having beautifully designed clinics and high-quality service offerings, their online presence did not live up to their offline brand reputation.

We redesigned Radiant Clinique's website to reflect their physical brand identity—clean, modern, and inviting. Drawing inspiration directly from their clinic interiors, we incorporated soft colors balanced with their brand's signature blue to create consistency across touchpoints. The clinic provided us with high-quality professional photos, which we integrated throughout the site to enhance trust and visual appeal.

Functionality was also a key focus. We built an integrated appointment system that allows patients to find the clinic through Google and book directly online, either via forms or WhatsApp. The new site not only positions Radiant Clinique as a professional and trusted aesthetic brand but also ensures patients can access their services conveniently.
