Executive Summary

This project was a complete revamping of the Klinik Ampang's website. The endeavor aimed at more optimally presenting the wide range of medical services the clinic offers to different age groups and corporate sector. The redesign work was carried out over 4 months with a team of web designers, UX/UI specialists, and web developers.

The Challenge

Identifying the gap.

The original Klinik Ampang's website was not adequately showcasing their diverse medical services. Navigation was complex and finding specific information was challenging. This lack of effective communication risked reduced patient engagement and potential loss of new clients.

The Solution

Crafting the fix.

We began by drastically improving the navigation structure of the website, making it easier for patients to find the specific medical services they needed. We created separate, well-defined sections for each category of service, such as Men's Health, Women's and Child Care, Corporate Healthcare, and General Screening. Moreover, to enhance the credibility and reflect the clinic's commitment to patient care, we incorporated sections highlighting their experienced doctors and medical staff.

The redesign resulted in a more intuitive, user-friendly website offering clear and concise information about Klinik Ampang's service offerings.
